Samedi et dimanche, Franck NOUTS a participé à l’Extrême Trail du Grand Brassac Hivernal Trail
44km et 1600m de D+ en deux courses.
Outre courir, Franck a dû franchir un filet (voir image ci-dessus), descendre des échelles, « en rappel », franchir une passerelle. Bref, il a eu le temps de s’amuser. 🙂
Course de nuit le samedi soir et l’autre le dimanche matin.
Le parcours était le même : 22km avec 800m de D+.
Samedi soir, Franck termine le parcours en 50ième sur 161 arrivants en 02h40’50.
Dimanche matin, Franck est 46ième sur 137 arrivants (certains ne sont donc pas repartis !) en 02h49’36.
Au final, Franck est classé 45ième sur 134 et 4ième V2M en 05h30’32 ! (Bientôt un podium !)
